Orders
We will send an email acknowledging receipt of order shortly after you place your order.
Payment
Visions in Plastics must receive payment in full before any items are despatched.
Delivery
Orders will usually be processed within 2 working days of receipt of order (providing
all items are in stock), and will be despatched for next working day delivery (Mon-

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to purchase the goods.
Credit/debit cards refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Faulty Goods
Faulty Goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 7 days.
7 days returns policy
Goods may be returned to Visions In Plastics up to 7 days after date of purchase
for a full refund or exchange providing that: -
- The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including the original packaging
- The goods were a normal stock item and had not been specifically ordered at the customer’s request
